Pair it up with a Roti or Rice and enjoy the delicious delicacy of Kerala. <br /><br />Ingredients: <br /><br />- 2 Sticks of Cinnamon<br />- 2 Cardamom pods<br />- 4- 5 Cloves<br />- 1 tsp of Fennel Seeds<br />- Coconut Oil<br />- 2 Finely chopped Onions<br />- 1big and 1 small Tomato<br />- 1 cup of freshly desiccated coconut<br />- ½ cup chopped cashew nut<br />- 3 -4 green chilies<br />- 1 tsp poppy seeds <br />- Water<br />- Ginger Garlic Paste<br />- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- Salt<br />- Chicken Breast<br /><br />Method: <br />- In a pan roast , Cinnamon sticks, Cardamom pods, Cloves and fennel seeds<br />- In a thick pan add coconut oil and onions and let the onions turn golden brown<br />- To make paste add freshly desiccated coconut, chopped cashew nut, green chilies, poppy seeds and water and grind it<br />- Add ginger garlic paste, freshly chopped tomatoes and mix it well<br />- Add turmeric and salt and little bit of water, to not let it dry<br />- Add the paste created with onion and tomatoes.<br />- Grind the roasted spices<br />- Add chicken breast to the whole mixture and mix it well, add a little water and let it cook for some time<br />- Add the lightly roasted spices.
